Data Collection

This extension collects no data whatsoever:

• No personal information
• No browsing history
• No page content or font data
• No analytics or telemetry
• No cookies or tracking

How It Works

FontPeek operates entirely locally within your browser. When activated, a content script inspects the computed CSS styles of elements you hover over to identify the font in use. All font detection happens on-device — no data ever leaves your browser.

Permissions

• activeTab — Required to access the current page and inspect element styles.
• scripting — Required to inject the font inspection overlay onto the page.

Third-Party Services

This extension makes no network requests and uses no third-party services.
